Work Location: Onsite & Remote As part of this role, you will: Audit patient charts in the EHR for quality measures and complete outreach to patients with open quality care gaps Be the person who calls our patients with a smile in their voice who helps them schedule the care they need to be healthy Answer questions about our services and hours What you need to bring to this role: High School Diploma or GED required 6+ months experience in a healthcare environment required Working knowledge of medical terminology required Proficient in Microsoft Office required EHR experience a plus Billing and coding experience a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Excellent listening and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers in stressful situations Tech savviness and comfortable with technology Polished in both personal appearance and interactions Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion Detail oriented with an organized mind-set Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities **MCR Health is a drug free workplace.
