What you'll do: * Direct plant activities to assure administrative quality procedures. * Quality Control Software (Gainseeker) training, maintenance and record control. * Lead the plant continuous improvement program (SPC) and quality control software. * Maintain quality records, forms, and equipment. * Build and maintain customer relationships. We need you to have: * We highly value candidates with Bachelor's degree, particularly in a technical field, although we also welcome applicants with equivalent technical experience. * Quality experience in a manufacturing facility preferred. * Strong working knowledge and understanding of SPC. * Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
