Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a large manufacturing company in Kentucky.Responsibilities:*Manage all aspects of QA to ensure all raw materials and product meet company and government standards*Confirm the performance of testing and inspection on products and packaging quality assurance program*Responsible for the implementation of the company s quality assurance programs and improvement*Develop, review and audit SOPs*Monitor raw materials & recommend waste reduction actions*Ensure sanitation standards are followed*Evaluate process control and improvements*Provide guidance to direct reports.*Conduct performance reviews*Sustain a safe working environment for all employeesRequirements:*Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university is required*5+ years' overall quality assurance management experience required*Experience with SPC and ISO 9001*High speed manufacturing experience required**Interested candidates are encourage to email current resumes to jhoms judge.com**UI 714087
