The ROLEDue to continued expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to become an integral part of our Clients team. The Quality/Supplier Technical Assistance Engineer (STA Engineer) will be responsible for supporting the management on all quality related issues. The minutia of the role includes; Working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issuesDefect root cause analysis : using Global 8D process Work to and audit the BMS (Business Management System) including TS16949/ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 or ISO45001Assist with product and process audits The CANDIDATE The right Quality Engineer/STA Engineer candidate will possess; Experience of working in Quality AssuranceGood academic backgroundSis Sigma skillsAPQP, PPAP and FEMA practical experienceTS16949 and ISO9000 knowledgeUnderstanding of ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO45001 The Package In return our Client offers; Salary: Depending on ExperienceCompany Pension SchemeA generous 25 days holiday + statutory holidaysVariable, discretionary bonus Structured career development, setting SMART objectives together with the employee including training requirements Location: Daventry This role is commutable from: Daventry Corby Kettering Northampton Wellingborough Rushden Towcester Southam Leamington Spa Wellingborough Milton Keynes Rugby Coventry Warwick Banbury Leicester Market Harborough Mana Resourcing.
