JOB : Quality Engineer LOCATION : Devon TERM : Permanent SALARY: Up to GBP 35,000 : GBP 45,000 per annum Currently working with a great client of mine who is looking for a Quality Engineer to come and join their team in Devon. Ideally the Quality Engineer will have the following attributes: : Previous experience working as a Quality Engineer in the aerospace industry is essential : Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies. : Excellent problem: solving skills and attention to detail. : Ability to analyse and interpret technical drawings and specifications. : Experience within a casting environment would be beneficial not essential. : Effective communication and teamwork abilities. The Quality Engineer role will involve: : Develop and implement quality control processes for aerospace and manufacturing projects. : Conduct inspections, tests, and evaluations to identify any defects or non: conformities. : Carry out internal audits to AS91000 : Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve product integrity. : Create and maintain accurate documentation of quality control procedures and results. : Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. : Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring quality issues.
