Location: Crick Working Hours: Monday : Friday 08:00 : 16:00 Fixed Shifts Available Pay rate: A GBP 12.00 P/hr Position: Quality Control Operatives Logistics People are currently recruiting Quality Control Operatives to join our team in Northampton, based at our Great Bear site. As a Quality Control Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to: Responsible for day: to: day quality audit checks Issuing of technical documentation Performing and recording various product quality checks Carrying out of routine technical audits, including environmental swabbing, glass and plastics, weekly scales validation etc. Assisting into the investigation of NCRs and capture the relevant information. Responsible for the positive release of materials as and when required. Attending departmental meetings Working with the site team in challenging operational procedures to maximise the site efficiency. Promoting best practise within the site for quality Undertaking such other duties as may be required from time to time, that reasonable fall within the scope and the grade of the post Our ideal candidate: Able to work as a part of a team and be self: managed when necessary. Able to comply with Health and Safety policies on site. Ability to work accurately and methodically. Good communication skills. Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
