The position will sit within the HR team with a dotted line into Operations and Hotel Management and works closely with our central training and development team. Ideal candidates will have the drive and knowledge to support our hotel operation (from F&B to Front Office and Housekeeping) through continuous feedback, observations, and a hands-on approach. They will also take on key people responsibilities such as our company induction / orientation, new joiner experience and training responsibilities.
