The role is offered on a permanent full or part time basis min 25 hours with a salary of up to £40,000 pro rata, part time. The role is offered on a permanent full or part time basis min 25 hours with a salary of up to £40,000 pro rata, part time. Key Accountabilities for the Quality Health and Safety Environmental Assistant: Carry out QHSE inductions for new starters Conduct internal audits for Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems Support QHSE Manager with reporting of all incidents, near misses are investigated and reported and documented Assist with the reporting and implementation of all QHSE information Assist with maintaining ISO accreditation management system Foster and promote a strong safety culture at all levels of the organisation, performing risk backss activities and identifying improvements Coordinate and review H&S risk backssment Maintain a healthy and safe work environment, prioritising employee well-being Conduct thorough inspections, audits, and risk backssments to identify potential hazards Deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure staff's understanding and compliance with safety procedures Serve as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and relevant regulatory bodies regarding H&SSupport the business through monitoring and measuring Quality and H&S performance recommend any improvements Collaborate with department managers to analyse pre-project requirements addressing specific QHSE needs Provide all administration for support in all QHSE activities.
