Department : Parks and Recreation Supervisor : Fitness Manager Location : The Pointe at Ballwin Commons, #1 Ballwin Commons Circle Job Summary : This part-time position is responsible for the daily basic maintenance and cleaning of the fitness area and fitness equipment. Will be familiar with the operation of each piece of fitness equipment in order to assist the general public. Will also be able to interact with the general public by answering questions about the fitness area and the rules for that area. Essential Job Functions : Must work with the public in a professional manner Perform daily cleaning tasks in the fitness area Enforcement of building, and fitness area policies and rules Perform basic maintenance procedures on the fitness equipment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required : Ability to work with the general public in a professional manner Ability to work and communicate with children in an effective manner Ability to communicate effectively with the general public and other staff members Ability to work independently and efficiently without routine supervision Education, Qualifications and Experience Required : Must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts (10 hours) a week Must be able to work weekday evenings Current drivers license Job Pay Range : $12/hr Job Posted by ApplicantPro
