Job Summary: You are a self-driven professional who can spin a lot of plates and thrive in a fast-paced working environment. Accurately create, enter, revise, and maintain digital media campaigns and contract orders across multiple platforms, including generating contracts, content, and file maintenance. Track pacing and performance of all digital campaigns to ensure accurate delivery and launch on time. Pull reporting and recap digital campaigns for monthly meetings and renewals. Assist sales reps to create successful digital and audio advertising campaign proposals for clients. Our Digital Sales Assistant ensures growth within the digital and radio sales department by providing exceptional customer service, sales leads, and proactive client retention efforts. Responsibilities: * Create recap presentations for the sales team to deliver to clients * Input insertion orders through partner portals and manage overall workflow of campaigns * Follow up with account executives and/or clients on needed materials in order to deliver plans on time * Assist team by continually identifying qualified digital business leads * Conduct pre-sale client research (Run Local Search Audits, SEO Audits, LinkedIn, Websites, Google, etc.) * Deliver exceptional customer service with attention to continuity, accuracy and grammar Qualifications: * This is not an entry level position * 2 years proven success and experience, especially managing overall multiple campaigns * Well-versed in computer systems and adaptable to various insertion forms and content management systems * Proficient in Office 365, particularly Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook and have a keen eye for design, layout and overall presentation aesthetic * Highly organized and ability to prioritize and complete all tasks/projects on time * Ultimate anticipator, proactively anticipates internal and external customer needs and takes initiative to complete all steps to complete them on time * Experience with Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite is required * Experience with Canva, Creatopy and Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus * Experience with website content management systems like Wordpress and Wis is a strong plus * High level of competency, confidence, knowledge and understanding of all digital media * High level of competency using internal and external resources/tools to create and input digital sales orders, digital video & audio ads, digital display ads, reporting * Bachelor's degree in business, digital marketing and advertising or related field is preferred * Ability to perform independently in a fast-paced, hyper-competitive sales environment * Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; outgoing, sociable, and charismatic * Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportationFor immediate consideration, please visit https://cumulusmedia.jobs.net/ For more information about CUMULUS MEDIA, visit our website at: https://www.cumulusmedia.com/ CUMULUS MEDIA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
