Psychiatry physician job in New York : Picturesque historic, outdoor lovers paradise seeking qualified psychiatrist to join a team of psychiatric providers located in S. Central Vermont. Hospital employed position 7/7 block schedule with the Behavioral Health Service Line. The ideal candidate willing to have their clinical work spread between several areas of service including inpatient psychiatry, outpatient services at the Medication Assisted Treatment Center and possible geriatric psychiatry in local nursing home.Hospital Employee . Minimal Call Ratio. $300-325K Annual Salary. Loan Forgiveness available. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. CME time and $6,000 available. Relocation expenses up to $13,500. Malpractice, Health, Dental, and Disability insurance provided. Defined Contribution Pension Plan, 403-B with hospital match, and tax-deferred earnings program. Excellent salary and the potential for a productivity bonus and overnight call pay in addition to the base salary. The hospital owned inpatient unit includes an 18-bed general unit and adjacent 6-bed psychiatric ICU, which is a state level unit that only accepts referrals through the state . Approximately 90% of admissions to the General unit are voluntary. The inpatient team has been recognized by the State of Vermont for its exemplary work in leading the effort to reduce the incidence of seclusion and restraint. Two hour drive to Albany - 3 hours to Boston or Montreal.
