Provider Relations Specialist VillageCareMAX is looking for a motivated individual for this Full Time role as the Provider Relations Specialist . You will be responsible for supporting contracting, credentialing and provider management activities of our Managed Long Term Care plan. You will provide staff support to the Provider Relations Department and assists with the verification of credentials for practitioners and facilities. Some of your daily activities will include handling incoming telephone calls and answering questions from providers related to credentialing, billing, contracting and provider issues. You will initiate the process of initial credentialing applications, including review and verification of information submitted by providers by mail, telephone and database queries. You will provide plan information to new members, family members, other representatives, VCM staff and providers. Responsible for the routine auditing of files to maintain quality. We would like to speak to those who have 3+ years job related experience. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and problem solving will be vital to this position.
