Provider Maintenance Representative

Description:
We have an opening for a Provider Maintenance Representative to work on the Claims Team in the Member Services Department. The Member Services Department is responsible for the operational administration of the Welfare Benefits (enrollment, medical, dental, life, FSA, and student plans) and the Financial Benefits (pension and savings plans). This department cares for over 80,000 members processing over a million transactions and a half million phone calls annually. This employee will be responsible to revise and add provider records to the claims processing system (Amisys/Appian), enroll providers for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA), research and resolve NPI billing errors, handle W-9 and 1099 forms for providers, resolve daily data integrity reports, take inbound provider calls, and work with the zip code maintenance files.
