Position Summary The Ferrovial Services bid team is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to provide support across a variety of functions. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow, and through the experience gained in this position, will be placed on a professional development path towards proposal writer, estimator, or business developer, based on individual strengths, preferences, and the needs of the business. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Manages CRM database including data entry and related reporting Monitors and distributes pertinent bidding communications Tracks, completes, and submits prequalification packets including developing requested responses, resumes, tables, etc. and gathering required information from across the business Assists with tracking department bids and assignments Assist with Bid Bond acquisition Assist with locating potential subcontractors/vendors Assist with documenting notification of DBE/SBE potential vendors Assists with hardcopy proposal production, presentations, and reporting Manages department subscription services Assists with the completion/management of forms and other bidding documents Additional support tasks as requested Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Highly responsive Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Adobe InDesign is a plus) Strong customer service, with regards to follow up and support to internal and external customers Ability to embrace change and respond with agility Ability to manage multiple tasks - this is a fast-paced environment! Ability to prioritize and shift as needed Strong problem-solving skills Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred 2-3 years' related bidding, sales, or transferable coordinator experience in a professional / corporate environment Understanding of bidding or RFP processes Valid driver license and a good driving record (Required) Work Conditions/Physical Demands 5% travel Will work in both virtual and open office setting, with moderate level noise Must be able to use hands/fingers to operate basic office equipment, such as printers, use of keyboard, phone, scanners, and the handling packages, mail, boxes, etc. The Statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and levels of work performed by employees, but are not a complete list of responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.
