Responsibilities:• Assist guests with an outstanding quality level of customer service• Respond to guest calls and requests• Regularly review safety manuals and guidelines• Coordinate with relevant authorities and agencies for effective emergency management• Contribute to detailed records of safety-related incidents• Communicate safety-related information to staff and guests• Conduct routine inspections of the property• Provide assistance to all departments, as needed• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly• Provide a high level of customer service• Any other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications:• Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively• Excellent de-escalation skills• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter• Ability to multitask and remain collected under pressure• Highly detail oriented particularly with numbers• Desire to provide excellent service to each guest regardless of the situation EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:• High school diploma or equivalent; additional safety certifications are preferred• Prior experience in a safety role is a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time• Ability to lift 45 pounds• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather Compensation: $18 hourly About Company: The Eden Resort & Suites offers a collection of unique and up-scale guest rooms and suites, unsurpassed on-site recreational facilitates, and exceptional staff ready to meet guests' needs.
