ShelterCare has an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager position who wants to grow with us. This position will manage all landlord/tenant responsibilities for the ShelterCare program it's assigned to. The Property Manager will also complete Housing Quality Inspections and health and safety inspections of units, maintain high level or confidentiality and data organization, and other similar duties. The best candidates will have professional experience with landlord/tenant issues and excellent written, verbal, and computer skills. A working knowledge of HUD Housing experience highly preferred. Must be willing to be flexible, learn complicated processes quickly, and be comfortable interacting directly with adults with a severe mental illness or acquired brain injury. Full-time, non-exempt, Monday through Friday , 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. $15.62/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 10 paid holidays; generous paid time off accrual; pet-friendly environment; and employee assistance program.
