Responsibilities:• Outreach and Acquisitio n: Spearhead outreach initiatives to acquire new properties directly and through marketing our agent referral program, leveraging relationships with real estate agents to expand our property management portfolio effectively.• Tenant Relations Managemen t: Oversee all tenant interactions, including leasing processes, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.• Property Oversight : Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and address issues related to maintenance and safety.• Financial Management : Develop and manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate rental records to ensure profitability.• Vendor Coordination : Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and renovations.• Compliance and Regulation : Ensure all property management activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining high standards of practice. Qualifications:• Active Florida Real Estate License Required • Proven experience as a Property Manager.• Strong understanding of property management laws and regulations.• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently.
