The Property Damage Attorney will be responsible for preparing legal pleadings and motions, as well as leveraging appropriate defenses in pursuit of successful outcomes. Job Overview:Prepare legal pleadings and motions for property damage cases.Provide litigation reports to ensure appropriate defenses are utilized.Utilize strong communication, research, and writing skills to effectively represent clients. Duties:Draft legal pleadings and motions for property damage cases.Conduct research and analysis to support case strategies.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Prepare for and participate in jury trials.Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation.Utilize computer skills across Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.Experience with Time Matters software is a plus. Requirements:Florida Bar Member in Good Standing.3-5 years of litigation experience.Jury trial experience preferred. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Florida Bar Membership in Good Standing. Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent research and writing abilities.Proficiency in legal software and computer applications.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team environment.
