K2 Claims Services, LLC, a subsidiary of K2 Insurance Services, LLC, is seeking a full-time Property Claim Manager to join the K2CS team.K2 Claims Services, through its affiliated insurance companies and agencies, continues to expand its product offerings and distribution by developing new insurance programs and increasing the number and geographic diversity of its marketing, sales, underwriting, and support staff.K2 Claims Services offers the opportunity to join an established company in growth mode. Our compensation and benefits program includes competitive salary; bonus plan; medical, dental, and vision insurance with no waiting period; paid time-off in year of hire; and 401(k) with employer match.The Property Claim Manager responsibilities include: Manage a Claims team composed of General and Senior Examiners. Continuously improving claims adjudication processes by monitoring appropriate metrics and implementing strategies for improvement. Maintaining compliance with Department of Insurance regulations. Ensure complete and sound claim settlements, legal reviews and investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with executive management on various claim projects. Position Requirements: 5+ years managing/leading teams of claims professionals a plus. A Bachelor's degree. State adjuster's license and CE credits maintained as required by state regulations. Outstanding technical claims skills and subject matter expertise. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong customer service focus. Ability to work independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
