If this sounds like an opportunity of interest, then please read on ROLE: Property and Procurement Solicitor RATE: £45-£55ph CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 month rolling LOCATION: Cardiff Key Responsibilities Provide advice and draft appropriate legal documentation in relation to property procurement and contract law matters, including complex and high value property transactions, procurement and partnership/collaborative working arrangements Provide advice and draft appropriate legal documentation in relation to other non-contentious law matters such as the law relating to, local government, highways, companies, trusts, waste, property and planning matters. Advise upon and draft statutory orders and other legal documentation. Support the work of the Procurement and Property team as may reasonably be required of you, commensurate with your grade or general level of responsibility within the organisation. Requirements Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Property, Procurement and Contract Law. Experience in advising on complex and high-value property transactions, procurement and partnership/collaborative working arrangements. Experience in advising on commercial conveyancing and development projects, construction contracts, as well as other non-contentious Local Government law matters.
