You will be a part of the amazing marketing team at our corporate office and will work closely together to implement, and execute all marketing campaigns. This position must be owned by a high-energy individual who can add to our brand by bringing quality ideas, creativity, and organized strategy.ABOUT BEACHES TANNING CENTERWe sell sunshine! For more than 20 years, we have been producing flawless sun-kissed results with our excellent customer service, pristine facilities, and innovative technology. Voted Utah's Best for nine consecutive years, we are more than just a tanning salon. At our twelve convenient locations we provide high-quality and affordable spa services ranging from Red-Light Therapy to our advanced Cocoon-Wellness Pro System.As the best in the business, we need our staff to meet the same standard as our top-notch equipment. We know that we are nothing without our team, which is why we take great care of them! We believe in setting ambitious goals and rewarding those who achieve them.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Your number one priority is driving traffic in all locations via coupons, networking, events, partnerships, etc. Distribute and track marketing materials and campaigns B2B outreach Interact directly with the public to promote the brand, products, and services Consistently look for new opportunities to drive traffic and awareness Work special events, expos, job fairs, etc. GENERAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Strong communication skills Advanced people skills Adaptable Team player Honesty, reliability and communication skills A passion for marketing and advertising An unwavering desire for continued growth and improvement Professional appearance and behavior Ability to build rapport Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Sells to the needs of the customer.
