If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We're seeking an experienced and supportive Project Worker to join our small, well: established, team at Nickleby Road to provide housing related support to our customers. We provide support for adults with learning disabilities, through short: term accommodation to help build independent living skills. Read more about Nickleby Road on our website The role of Project Worker will include: : Regularly backssing the needs of customers by writing and updating support plans and signposting access to education, training, and employment : Supporting customers in their day to day living i. e. with cooking and cleaning: Offering advice in relation to fulfilling tenancy conditions: Assisting customers with managing finances and welfare benefits : Encouraging social inclusion and helping customers to build their confidence, resilience, and self: esteem: Working with statutory and non: statutory agencies on behalf of the customers and actively encouraging choice and involvement, or acting as an advocate when required : Completing health and safety checks within the service: Safeguarding.
