As part of the ONxpress consortium, Alstom is proudly working to transform the collective mobility of the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas (GTHA) through the On-Corridor Works project, and we are hiring for hundreds of roles. The GO Expansion scope : new electric locomotives, fleet upgrades, train control systems, network electrification, signalling, telecommunications and digital systems, maintenance, and much more. Objective Follow company Supply Chain processes, controls, and policies. In charge of coordinating Supply Chain activities for your project(s), from Tender to project end, and representing the Supply Chain function within the Project Core Team. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Adapt and Deploy Supply Chain strategy & footprint vs Regional Supply Chain & Local strategy Set up & Synchronize Supply Chain processes vs Industrial requirements Manage deployment roadmap through the projects on the site Identify site needs & define local requirements for Transversal Processes & Tools, contribute to Transversal Process /Tool Definition, improvement & validation Deploy targeted organization Deploy people development roadmap including skills levels, training & qualification path Deploy robust supply chain culture at all levels Prepare & follow budget for his perimeter including function cost Define & deploy opportunities leveraging synergies & improvement initiatives Reach & Animate performance KPIs, KPIs targets Ensure compliant on process review, audits Provide support to Site on supply chain stabilization or mobilization of emerging sites, new businesses Manage the S&OP and MPS (Manufacturing sites) Support the Projects to achieve QCD commitments and represent the supply chain in Site Management / project committee.
