Show off your super powers by helping our talented aquatics construction team with boots on the ground leadership of commercial aquatic projects. Use your awe-inspiring communication, and organization skills to deliver new aquatic facilities like a boss. What You'll Do You're a highly motivated leader. You ensure every aspect of your projects are safely and successfully completed on time. You're the deadline whisperer. You constantly evaluate every task, adjusting priorities and anticipating issues. You're a people person and love interacting with everyone from the newest laborer on the site, to subcontractor employees, to general contractor project managers, and all the way up to client representatives. Quality control and safety begins and ends with you. You triple check, verify, and scrutinize every aspect of your project. You thrive on change and you never met a process that couldn't be improved. What You Need to Have Five or more years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction jobs. Enthusiasm for travel to great communities throughout the Midwest that are building their dream aquatic facility. We have offices in St. Louis and Kansas City but our projects are located throughout the Midwest. An unshakable ability to work independently and stay focused without oversight or hand-holding. Ability to read and interpret blue prints for varying concepts and designs. A passion for collaboration. Your team members' success is your success. You want everyone, yourself included, to continue to learn and grow. An appreciation for candor. You can handle it, and you can offer it up. Tech savviness. You're constantly collecting new tech tools, and you think every new software system is figureoutable. Excellent written communication skills. You always get your point across and you do it in as few characters as possible. Attention to detail. It pains you when things aren't properly done. A growth mindset.
