You would serve as a role model and teacher to individuals with developmental disabilities as it pertains to job development and job placement. Responsibilities Responsible for curriculum development, implementation, and oversight of planned services and activities. Identifies individual's strengths, interests and abilities related to skill acquisition, job development and placement. Determines appropriate community support services for training and successful employment and makes necessary referrals. Works collaboratively with local businesses to meet local employment needs.
