Holt Executive are currently partnered with a global leader in Space and Satellite sustainability, a dynamic and rapidly growing technology innovator who are making hugely.Holt Executive are currently partnered with a global leader in Space and Satellite sustainability, a dynamic and rapidly growing technology innovator who are making hugely positive contributions to the growing problem of orbital space debris. They require a Project Planner to schedule all project/bid activities, produce and maintain schedules to a consistent standard and become a key member of the Project Management Office, Programme team and wider business. The successful appointee will be responsible for several live space system projects and bids that require a consistent approach to schedule production and management. The role will support each projects PMO to deliver upon commitments in a timely manner. The company offer Hybrid working with a requirement to be on site Oxford two days per week, along with a competitive salary and benefits. Areas of Responsibility for the Project Planner Space Sustainability: - Overall responsibility for theâ¯productionâ¯andâ¯maintenance of schedules in support of the design and delivery of space missions or aspects thereof on complex engineering missions in a matrixed project / engineering environment. - Support planning and delivery of project review gates, including the tracking of associated deliverables and their interdependencies. - Generate schedule inputs to senior management reviews, mission concept studies, technical or non-technical packages of work, and bid work, in support of the wider business. - Interface internally with engineering, product assurance, and procurement as necessary in support of project, bids, or similar activities. Required Experience for the Project Planner Space Sustainability: - 3+ years experience in project planning, ideally in the space or aerospace industries. - MS Project expertise. - Production.
