Kadro is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates will be involved in managing multiple projects and work with end users, Software Engineers, Business Solutions Analysts, the Sales team, Project Managers, and other support staff. All staff are onshore. This is a remote position. You must reside in CO, FL, NC, NJ, OH, SC, or TN). Key Responsibilities: Ability to lead and manage several projects at one time, projects may be diverse Responsible for the timely delivery of projects to the customer Ability to resource and budget projects Ability to provide timely and consistent communication between Kadro and our customers Ability to coordinate and work with multiple stakeholders both internal and external, functional and technical-coordinate meetings, tasks, schedules, and agendas Ability to create project plans, work break down structures and critical paths Ability to lead and own the total delivery to our clients including test plans, deployment plans, project schedules, budgets, project status reporting, and risk mitigation Flexible work schedule to handle both unscheduled after-hours needs with clients in response to urgent site issues that need coordination, management, and expectation handling with clients, and scheduled after-hours needs such as late night or early morning site deployments. The Project Manager position requires you to own all aspects of taking care of our clients.
