Responsibilities The Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's GSA Program in the following areas: Serve as the contractor's single contract manager, and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the CO and the COR Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates Responsible for the oversight of the entire project interfacing with the customer along with the project manager in some cases Display knowledge of all aspects of the project, including cloud services and cybersecurity requirements Develop project from inception to deployment Provide expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity General experience in information systems design and/or management Develop and manage the PMP Manage and motivate the team Provide necessary approvals Develop project reports Enforce Quality Management System and company proprietary methodologies. Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches An Ideal Candidate has: Master's Degree in business or IT related field; PMP Required 20 years of related experience Ability to present problem-solving strategies Effective communication skills, customer service skills, and ability to build effective work relationships Ability to independently perform multiple tasks with dynamic priorities US Citizen Job Type: Full-time Applicants selected for employment will be subject to a Federal background investigation.
