We aim to strengthen our team with a certified Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of the activities at the Eggemoen Technology Center and specified deliverables. This includes developing the toolset and implementation of the project management function at NTi. The Project Manager will also function as the risk manager for the Technology Center. Work description The Project Manager will define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and based on that create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. The role will determine the resources required to complete the project and develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. The Project Manager will review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities. Staffing the project will be another central task. The role must ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project. It is also important to identify skills gaps that may inhibit execution of the project. It is the Project Managers responsibility to implement and control the project, that includes managing the integrated Master Schedule budget, executing the project according to the project plan, develop forms, metric, and records to document project activities, set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured and monitor the progress of the project. To establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders is also central. Evaluation of the project as an important part of the Project Managers responsibility. That includes to ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality. The Project Manager will also function as the Risk Manager for Eggemoen Technology Center and will chair monthly Risk Review Boards to review Program risks and mitigation plans. We are looking for people who Have BSc or MSc within a relevant Engineering field and preferably a MBA Have a PMP certification and experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems) Have minimum 7 years' experience with Project Management within relevant fields Have experience from international companies Are fluent in English, both written and spoken Are dedicated, takes "ownership" and have ability to work under pressure Are solution-oriented, flexible and adaptable with a "can-do" attitude Have high social and intercultural competence We can offer you A highly skilled and multidisciplinary environment with creative and talented colleagues Opportunity to develop and implement a professional project management function Interesting work assignment and independent tasks in a highly technical work environment Opportunity to take part in the construction of an international industrial group International, challenging and good work environment Company Sports Club Good pension and insurance plan Competitive salary
