Project Manager Retail Refurbishment & Fit-Out – East Anglia area - Permanent Our client, a leading Main Contractor working within the Retail fit-out industry are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work on a roll out project for fire protection works, within a live environment. Working as a Project Manager on site, you must have experience of running sites, delivering fast-track Retail/Commercial fit-out and/or refurbishment projects in your RECENT work history, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager. With experience of working for the Main/Principle Contractor, dealing directly with the end user/client, and undertaking all daily tasks including, but not restricted to, managing Health & Safety on site, delivering daily inductions and toolbox talks, ensuring site is running to programme and dealing with any problems as they arise on site. This would suit someone nearer London on the East Anglia side, who could commute into London, attend meetings, and join Teams calls. Drivers Licence require as offer would include a car. This role would ideally suit a Junior Project Manager or someone looking to move up from Assistant Project Manager, with prior experience of working on fit-out contracts on site.
