This position requires an active Secret clearance. Project Manager Job Description: The Project Manager will manage contract staff and directly interface with customers daily. Responsibilities/Duties/Experience: Collaborate closely with the technical staff and positively influence the successful execution of requirements involving system administration, application development, testing, cloud deployment, server, or software implementation and upgrades. Provide guidance in problems areas and resolution across all functional areas. Leads cross-functional team meetings to set expectations and create accountability; Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews all contract deliverables. Create a culture of innovation by seeking creative technical solutions to meet customer needs. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project teams. Effectively communicate project status with targeted messages for a variety of stakeholders Drive continuous improvement culture based on meaningful metrics and tangible results. Must have previous experience in IT and enterprise requirements.
