SES Construction and Fuel Services LLC (SCF) is growing! We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our SCF team, a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH). We need a team player paving the way to a successful construction project. The ideal candidate is experienced working in the Federal construction industry and has exceptional leadership skills. Responsibilities:• Review project RFP and plans, and consult with executives as necessary to establish project objectives.• Efficiently manage labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors within the contract time and budget.• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, field staff, and owners throughout the project duration.• Lead the analysis and procurement of subcontracts, labor, materials, and equipment.• Monitor the project closely to address out-of-scope work requests, unforeseen conditions, and time impacts promptly.• Collaborate with superintendents, stakeholders, and team members to develop and update project schedules.• Create and review project budgets and cost estimates diligently. Qualifications:• Possession of ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) is required.• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing USACE Projects.• Demonstrated ability in leading successful project teams, fostering employee development, and managing external relationships effectively.• Strong sense of urgency, highly organized, and methodical in approach.• Proven track record of making sound judgments and delivering projects on time and within budget.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.• Advanced knowledge of construction principles and practices is essential.• Willingness to travel to various project sites regularly.• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, satisfactory references, and background checks are mandatory.
