Description:
Position: Project Manager (Commercial Roofing) Construction company experience with minimum 3 years in role(s) associated with construction. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to play key role in the project management of complex commercial roofing projects. This position is based out of Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities Place purchase orders to vendors and follow-up on delivery of materials, subcontractors, and equipment Monitor daily reports and ensure they get updated to the server and project tracking documents Prepare submittals to be sent to clients/consultants Enter Notice of Awards (NOA's) for new projects Create field and client project binders Submit permit requests per project requirements. Track unused material to return to vendors as needed Manage budget and cost projections Let the accounting department know what to bill for each project being managed Attend meetings as needed for the project and update schedules with input from the project superintendents Be able to submit RFI's and change request to clients Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in construction Ambitious Team Player Must be able to physically access roofs Good Communication Skills (Oral and Electronic) Good technology skills to utilize various project management software Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to read plans and specifications Texas Driver's License Spanish proficiency beneficial Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits Eligible for quarterly bonuses Holiday Pay Life Insurance Vacation Pay 401(K) with employer match Business mileage reimbursement Our company is a Drug Free Workplace.
