The Project Manager of Business Processes and Integrations is responsible for the creation, coordination, and completion of cross-functional projects throughout the Company's operations, business processes, and mergers, acquisitions, and integrations. The Project Manager executes projects on time, within budget, and within scope. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of projects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, completing tasks, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.A successful candidate will have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's Degree in management, business, or equivalent work experience is required. Proven working experience including 2-4 years in project management, business operations or like position is required. Prior experience with project management software tools is required. The ability to travel when needed, up to 30% of the time. A valid Driver's License and the ability to be covered under the Company's insurance policy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all aspects of project activity and workflow. Set deadlines and assign responsibilities for all stakeholders involved. Monitor and summarize the progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of project activity. Drive team communications to facilitate the execution of goals. Additional tasks or projects outside "core" responsibilities. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and more!
