Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat, Hershey's Milk & Milkshakes and more.For candidates based in CT this position typically pays between $116k - $132k annual salaryEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agenciesEducation and Experience:--Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, industrial, or Electrical Engineering fields of study if applicable, or 7 - 10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, or Associate's degree and 15 years related experience.Skills and Competencies:----Adaptability: Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected eventsAnalytical and Problem Solving: Works well in group problem solving situationsChange Management: Develops workable implementation plansCommunication: Exceptional interpersonal skillsInitiative/Drive: Sets and achieves challenging goals--HP Hood is an Equal Opportunity EmployerFemale/Minority/Veteran/Disabled"VERVRAA Federal Contractor"--
