Sample projects include the Central Susquehanna Valley Transit bridge and thruway (Shamokin Dam, PA), Scudder Falls Bridge (Pennsylvania and New Jersey), and Hawk Falls Bridge (Hawk Falls, PA). PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provide technical engineering information to company supervision and crafts to insure construction work complies with all Contract Specifications and Documents. Provide overall management direction for a field project, two or more smaller projects, or a significant portion of a major project. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Four-year engineering degree or equivalent; experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required; Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance; Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essentials; Must be a business-oriented person.
