Power Plumbing is seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate area-wide projects simultaneously between Sales/Estimating, Engineering, Production, and Purchasing. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. Duties: Creates and maintains project files. Daily coordination of projects, schedules, equipment schedules, et c Track status and maintain schedules of each project from initial order production to completion. Distributes and communicates critical project information throughout the design, approval, purchasing and production processes. Coordinates and communicates with clients and general contractors regarding project details, costs, and scheduling. Processing, inputting, and filing submittals and approvals. Coordinates change orders and pricing deviations. Assists Ops manager as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years of construction project experience. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Sense of urgency – able to operate in high volume, fast-paced, changing environment while moving multiple priorities forward. High level of professionalism (ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral skills) Create a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork with our staff and with the general contractors. Excellent attention to detail and solid organizational skills. Ability to work independently on a variety of projects under minimal supervision.
