A supportive, dynamic Plumbing Company with ample growth opportunities is looking for outgoing Customer Service Representatives/Dispatchers with superior communications skills and great attitudes to join our Team!Benefits include: Competitive compensation Medical/Dental/Vision insurance available. Growth opportunity Daily job duties include: Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. Required Qualifications: Advanced Customer Service Skills. Ability to multi-task, Organizational Skills. Geographical knowledge of service area, knowledge of Plumbing industry is recommended but not required. Computer skills a must as you will be using MS word and Data Entry software High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
