<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The Strategic Programs and Technology team, part of Revenue Operations, is responsible for the end-to-end global demand management portfolio, oversees our most innovative and strategic demand projects, and manages the RevTech strategy across our early sales funnel.</p><p>The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative task support for Project Managers across the Strategic Programs and Technology team.</p><ul><li>Perform project delivery and administration support for active projects in NA & EMEA</li><li>Support project intake, scheduling and coordinating stakeholder meetings</li><li>Support building project analysis reports and ROI assessments</li><li>Support program data entry and dashboard user testing</li><li>Monitor project plan activity milestones and RAID logs</li><li>Create process documentation, operating procedures and training materials</li><li>Assist in revenue technology research</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in supporting or managing projects</li><li>Strong background with project planning, dependency mapping, and timeline creation</li><li>Strong communication and organizational agility skills </li><li>Background using Smartsheets and Excel</li><li>Support both US & Europe Timezone</li></ul><p>This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position:</p><p>$34.00/hour-$45.00/hour</p><p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K </p>
