Project Control Analyst Sierra Vista, AZ Job Description: Nemean Solutions (Nemean) is seeking a proactive and energetic Project Control Analyst (PCA) tp join our corporate Project Management Team. The PCA assists corporate Program Managers to ensure the project stays within budget and is completed on time. As a Project Control Analyst, accurate records of expenditures and timelines must be kept, regulatory compliance of each phase must be tracked, and any market changes that may affect the project must be monitored. The Project Control Analyst assists in compiling this data and processes reports for management to determine whether changes should be made to the project. Assists in the creation and maintenance of program financial analysis and reporting, including percent spent, remaining budget, funding expiration projections Supports and consults with project managers and deployment managers on project issues, status and tracking requirements Helps identify ways to reduce costs while improving control measures Implement reporting procedures to review project status and valuation of work in progress, tracking procedures for contract deliverables Qualifications: Associate Degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing or other related field. An additional two years of relevant experience can be substituted for the degree. 1-4 years of relevant experience. Implements project plans under the direction of others in the project Ability to execute tasks under aggressive timelines and effectively adapt to changes Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (some Deltek CostPoint Experience is preferred) Develop, monitor and report performance Proactive NEMEAN SOLUTIONS is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors.
