Must have experience within the Electronic Security Industry Position: Project Coordinator Location: Dublin West Salary: Neg DOEThe Job: We are looking for an Project Coordinator, must be used to working in a fast paced environment, to join our rapidly expanding client in Dublin. Great Opportunity for progression. Must have experience within the Electronic Security Industry Responsibilities: Efficiently Plan and Schedule the Installation Calendar for Customer Project delivery. Liaise with our suppliers re materials required for Schedule fulfilment, working with production and finance teams to ensure stock availability, where applicable. Liaise with Operations Manager re Manpower allocation of Installers and Production Teams, to ensure Calendar commitments fulfilled. Conduct price checks for crucial stages in our workflow. Ensure all customer queries and issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Manage all milestones with all stakeholders being informed. Holiday/ time off cover for other Operations Team Members. Produce reports on efficiency, and other management reports as required. Requirements: Experience in the Electronic Security Industry The ability to work within a team and individually. Experience of Planning & Organising /Project Management. Solutions Focused. Excellent attention to detail is essential for this role. Take ownership for all tasks, ensuring completion to the highest Quality Standard. Strong Communication Skills to all Stakeholders. Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook experience is required. Effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Good time management skills Team player Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service Due.
