A growing design electronic design solutions company, that has been established since 1980s are now looking for an experienced Project and Account Manager looking to join their team, and develop their career. BASIC SALARY: A GBP 50,000 : A GBP 55,000 BENEFITS: A Bonus A Pension LOCATION: Bedfordshire (hybrid working) COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Watford, Stevenage, Welwyn, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Oxford, Hemel Hempstead JOB DESCRIPTION: Project and Account Manager : Electronics, Electrical, PCBs Working alongside a team of highly skilled and experienced Engineers, you will be required to work closely with our customers to conceptualise and develop new products and technologies. You will be a results: orientated person with a strong passion for Project Management and the ability to build and create long: lasting relationships with clients as well being responsible for managing the accounts performance, ensuring clients satisfaction as well as supervising projects from start to finish. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project and Account Manager : Electronics, Electrical, PCBs A more detailed brief will be made available to those who are shortlisted but in short, you will: A Provide customer account management, ensuring timely communication of project status to all stakeholders, both internally and externally for all projects. A Provide monthly reporting including agreed KPI update to the Senior Management Team. A Lead, carry: out and conduct regular review meetings with all customers and stay abreast of any new business opportunities. A Pro: actively manage all projects to ensure delivery against agreed timescales and budgets : escalating as necessary A Work closely with the Technical Lead and Engineering Manager to ensure that there is clear understanding of all projects, deliverables and timescales.
