The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple tasks in a busy work environment, proficiency working with ERP software and a willingness to learn. We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude who takes pride in their work. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform detailed variance analysis for projects on a monthly basis to ensure projects remain on budget, or strategize on ways to improve profitability, together with the Project Managers Hold monthly meetings with Project Managers to determine monthly invoicing requirements, and support AR to ensure invoices are received timely Assist in preparing compliance documentation, including collection of waivers, certificates of insurance, bonding, amongst others Review construction contracts and ensure project is accurately set-up in the system, including contract value, costs, division, branch, etc. Importing of quotes from quoting software into ERP Produce customer invoices/project draws for a variety of.
