CPC is seeking candidates for our On-site Progress Coach position in York, PA. Benefits include... New hire incentive payment of $1,000 upon hire, and an additional $500 after 90 days. Eligibility for health, paid dental, and paid vision coverage. Company paid life insurance. Company paid short term disability insurance. 401(k) plan, with 3% match. Paid time off, sick time, and vacation time. 10 company-paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays. Tuition Reimbursement. Summers off with benefit premiums paid. (Teacher roles only.) Ability to work from home 5 days per month (6 months from start date) Pay differential for bilingual staff. Summary : Provide individualized, culturally sensitive support to families using a relationship-based and client-centered approach to coordinate services internally and externally in order to help them attain self-sufficiency. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and groups to coordinate referrals and services to clients. Co-facilitate and coordinate group learning in Getting Ahead in a Just Getting by World conversations. Interview and complete holistic assessments that will determine program placements and referrals. Provide a coaching experience using Family Centered Coaching concepts that are focused on building strong relationships to support participants in moving toward self-sufficiency. Work to empower client to advocate on their own to ensure timely, effective, and appropriate delivery and eligibility of services. Partner with client to problem-solve and ensure their needs are met. Assist client in identifying actions steps necessary to achieve their goals and monitor progress. Provide effective transition to other services. Complete timely and accurate data entry, maintain accurate records and ensure client confidentiality. Provide timely and accurate reports to meet internal and external requirements. EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field. At least 2 years of related experience. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite in a Windows environment is helpful and preferred. EOE This position requires proof of COVID vaccination or approved exemption.
