Looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? LSI seeks a full-time Program Supervisor for the Family Centered Services (FCS) program in the Davenport service area. Our Family Centered Services team provides critical care and resources to families in crisis or those at risk of child abuse or neglect. What You'll Do The Program Supervisor coordinates and supervises Family Support Specialists, Interaction Support Workers and Intervention Specialists that provide child welfare, safety and permanency services to assure fidelity with LSI's service delivery practices. This position will monitor and effectively manage service delivery outcomes for achievement on each case, and provide personnel and clinical support to direct reports. The FCS team provides direct casework service to assigned families through the use of assessment and diagnostic skills, varying treatment modalities, crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy by traveling by car to their homes, office or other community settings, or by telephone. This may occur during normal business hours, after hours, or on weekends. This position will also maintain effective relationships with community partners and referral sources. What You'll Need Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in a human service or health related field and a minimum of two years child welfare service experience. Successful experience in a supervisory/leadership role preferred.This position requires a valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, a good driving record and the ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check.
