Our Bremwood Residential Treatment Center in Waverly has a long history of serving trauma-impacted kids in Iowa. LSI is looking for a compassionate, dedicated full-time Program Supervisor to empower these children toward success. Duties Our Program Supervisors spend each day working directly with children on our campus, providing them with the safe and positive environment they need to thrive. This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising specific residential programs, activities, and staff to ensure consistent adherence to structure, policies, and procedures.Our Program Supervisors are here when our children need them. Will work some nights (2nd shift) and some weekends. The person in this role typically works two to three evenings/nights a week, plus two or three days a week. In addition, this role is part of an on-call rotation. Qualifications Candidates for this role must have one of the following:- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a social science-related field, plus one year of full-time work related experience- A Master's degree in Social Work, with one year of full-time work related experience- A Master's degree in Psychology or Counseling, with two years of full-time work related experienceThis position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance and the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, Motor Vehicle Report and the criminal history check.
