JOB TITLE : Program Specialist LOCATION : The 101st Air Operations Group in Panama City, Florida. DUTIES : Plan and coordinate logistics and prepare presentation materials for meetings, trainings, and events. Coordinate and provide Keynote speakers. Provide educational/promotional items. Overseeing the planning and coordination of new activities. Providing guidance on subject-matter projects to employees and management teams. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS : Shall possess knowledge of medical privacy and confidentiality, and accreditation standards of Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, The Joint Commission, and Clinical Practice Guidelines. General medical ethics, telephone etiquette and excellent communication and customer services skills. Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and coordinate activities such as appointments, meetings, and suspense timelines.
