Program Specialist: After School Care - Fri sco and Prosper, TX AlphaBEST: After School is where adventure begins! Location: Northwest ISD, Frisco ISD, Little Elm ISD, Aubrey ISD, Prosper ISD, Celina ISD Schedule: No weekends! Part-time - Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM Pay & Benefits: $20.00/hour Part-time benefits, including health available. Deep discounts on program tuition - Bring your school-age child to work for $10/week. Fun and friendships come with the paycheck. As an AlphaBEST Program Specialist, you'll be trained to do the following: Provide support, organization, and coordination to regional field operations team members and leaders as they carry out organizational goals. state the successful delivery of program fidelity, stakeholder satisfaction, adherence to state licensing regulations, and positive behavior strategies. Here's what you'll need: Previous experience in an elementary school setting, school administration, or a school-age childcare setting is strongly desired. BA or BS in Education or related field preferred. Strong organizational, communication and supervisory skills are required, preferably in a multi-site environment. Serves as a positive role model; must be enthusiastic, energetic, creative, and sensitive to children. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with a diverse population. Ability to work independently, balance multiple tasks, set priorities, and solve problems. Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, dynamic environment. Knows how to organize, plan, prioritize and follow through to achieve timely project completion. Travel to local area programs is required. Proven ability to provide a supportive and caring environment for children. Together, let's put more wonder in the world!
