Description: Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LM-MFC) is seeking a motivated and driven Program Quality Engineer to support the HIMARS Production Program. The Program Quality Engineer will primarily focus on defect prevention and elimination at the supply base and at the Lockheed Martin make sites.The Program Quality Engineer will apply quality principles in all aspects of the production life cycle from procurement, receiving, installation/assembly and final acceptance/delivery to eliminate disruptions to meeting customer requirements. Basic Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or higher-Experience in Root Cause and Corrective Actions.-Effective Communication and Presentation Skills.-Ability to work across functions and with suppliers/make sites. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.-Ability to travel. Desired Skills: -Experience in Quality Management Systems (AS9100, etc.).-Ability to interpret blue-print/drawing requirements.-ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.-Six Sigma problem solving experience.-Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.-SAP/Apriso Experience.-Supplier Quality Experience. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
