Program Planner Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local--- *--- CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Program Planner who wants to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their tradecraft and experience in a fast-paced environment in support of the Space Force/Space Operations Command We are seeking a motivated individual to join an innovative and dynamic team that is developing mission critical solutions for the warfighterWhat You'll Get to Do: Primary responsibility is to collaborate with program management, project managers, the engineering team, and other departments to support the team in execution of the tasks on contractThe Program Planner will assist with the organization, tracking, and coordination of a variety of aspects of the programThe Program Planner will also perform administrative level support and tasks as determined by the program manager and technical leadsMore About the Role:--- Coordinate incoming new hires * Support remote and on-site customer meetings * Setup teleconferences with vendors, CACI staff, and customers * Coordinate contractor ID card renewals and new contractor ID cards for the team * Maintain the team calendar and e-mail distribution lists * Update Confluence with status updates for customer meetings and manage document repositories * Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and capture and track actions from teleconferences and meetings * Facilitate the planning and execution of employee parties and other appreciation events * Assist with domestic and international travel planning and logistics * Coordinate export and import paperwork for international trips * Assist the property manager and Shipping and Receiving Department with logistics for shipments * Support the program with other tasks as directed * Responsible for special projects and other duties as assigned You'll Bring These Qualifications:--- Must Have US Citizenship * Current National Security Clearance at the TS level and ability to obtain SCI level clearance--- BS/BA degree with 5+ years of applicable experience * Excellent written and verbal skills * Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) * Proven success in communication and planning * Strong attention to detail These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have--- Active TS/SCI clearance What We Can Offer You:--- We've been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post. * Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives. * We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities. * We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation's highest priorities. * For over 60 years, the principles of CACI's unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our successCompany Overview: CACI is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other protected characteristicPay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certificationsOur employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal livesWe offer competitive compensation, benefits and learning and development opportunitiesOur broad and competitive mix of benefits options is designed to support and protect employees and their familiesAt CACI, you will receive comprehensive benefits such as; healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, continuing education, and time off benefitsLearn more here The proposed salary range for this position is: $71,500 - $150,200
